Health & Wellness Initiatives

We implemented a COVID response by conducting over 1,000 tests, distributing 2,500 relief baskets, and providing PPE to seniors. We also partnered with Temple University, Gateway Health, and Einstein Medical Center for health screenings. Training sessions included CPR, Mental Health First Aid, and Opioid/NARCAN education. Special events featured Women’s Heart Health Day, Paint with a Twist for Seniors, and Martin Luther King Community give back days.

Community Engagement

Annually, we reach over 500 people through neighborhood cleanups and community days. We also conduct a Bible drive, offer CashApp support for college students, and provide gift card relief for single parents. Our support extends to sanitation workers, benefiting over 1,000 families, and to the Woodstock Family Shelter, assisting more than 200 families. Additionally, we support over 500 participants in a 12-step program each year.
